Jone Armstrong founded Rainbow of the Southern Highlands in 1983.

Jone established the organisation with her late husband Johnny to support the families of chronic and terminally ill children in

the Southern Highlands district.

Jone was a Nurse who worked at Bowral Hospital while working at the hospital she became aware of the need/ strong demand and wanted to give back to the community.

Rainbow’s general meetings are held every second Monday at 1.30pm. Location confirmed weekly by President Yetta. (Phone Number - 02 48772256) All are welcome to join.


 

Rainbow has sought the assistance of professional members in trying to best achieve their objective.

These professionals offer their assistance to our organisation free of charge.

There is a $5 Membership fee on joining and then $1 annual fee.
